Proposed Residence For Mr Pradeep At K.K Nagar Trichy
The scope of this project was to design the whole house . Pradeep is a software engineer of 28 year Age who is working at Chennai .He came to us stating he wants to built a Duplex home with 3 equal sized bedrooms and Large living room
The plot is 40feet x 60 feet East facing and we designed the plan according to proper vasthu we gave them a huge hall which is very much useful in case of functions and also two bedrooms of equal size and a bedroom in first floor
We also included a office cum study space as its the need of hour for work from home people
The elevation is contemporary modern with a landscape court at front of first floor we tried to follow a design pattern that gets reflected in compound walls also
