Proposed Elevation for Mr Siva Thileep At Thiruverambur ,Trichy

The scope of the project was to design a compact Duplex house of built up area 900 sq ft in a 40×34 feet sized plot.

Our idea was to occupy 650 sq ft of land for building and leave the remaining space for landscaping .The site is a corner plot and planning is a compact plan for accommodating a family of 3.

For elevation we tried out minimal classic look and used subtle colors also we didn’t go for any other material than concrete and cement plastering.
